Trace your Dutch roots website temporarily unavailable

The Trace your Dutch roots website has been unavailable for the last 14 hours (since Friday 5:40 pm CET), due to a harddisk crash. The hosting company has to replace the harddisk and restore a backup of the site. Apparently, they have some technical difficulties and expect it will take another day before the website is back online.

While the website is down, I cannot receive e-mail on the addresses listed on the website. I do not know if any e-mail is lost, but if you sent me an e-mail in the last 24 hours, please send it again.

My apologies for the inconvenience, and I hope you will come back tomorrow to visit the Trace your Dutch roots website.

UPDATE (Sunday morning CET): The hosting company temporarily restored an old backup while they are waiting for their suppliers to help them fix the current problems. The website is currently online, and e-mail is working again, but I received several old e-mails again and probably missed some of the e-mails sent in the last two days.

UPDATE (Monday evening CET): The hosting company just informed me that everything is up and running, and all e-mail is delivered.
