This is quite a coincidence for me, Henk, because I have a post scheduled for this week that will show the Lachine Canal from Montreal Island.
ReplyDeleteIt is an obsolete canal - though it's been recently reopened for pleasure craft - but it was very important before the St-Lawrence Seaway was created.
